Working on the tenth floor of an office building, facing a window with a view to the southwest, I get to see all the fun weather coming our way during the day. Today was especially fun. The skies were constantly changing. The clouds were so amazing.
After work, we went out for dinner and ran a couple errands. Check out these amazing cloud pictures on the way to dinner…..
While at dinner, Sasha had to point out the yum-eee dessert page on the menu. Mountain High Mud Pie – omg! This pic is as close to that slice of pie as we will get. While crazy good, can you imagine the calories in that slice of pie?! They would have to ROLL us outta there when we were done. I’m still drooling just thinking about it.
We also saw Jack Black waiting tables. Lookin’ good Jack!
When we left the restaurant, the clouds were much heavier looking…a bit more threatening looking…with a lovely lightening display.
Here’s a blurry picture of Mr. Hooters. We picked him up at one of our stops. He will be gracing our backyard this summer…watching over things and hopefully keeping the critters out of our garden.
And then, another rainbow! A double rainbow! Today’s weather was so cool. I often think I should have been a meteorologist or something. I’m always intrigued by our changing weather and the amazing cloud formations.
